As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our branch, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the branch, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Drive sales growth and meet or exceed branch targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.,Conduct regular staff training and development programs.,Monitor branch performance and provide regular reports to the regional manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Experience in managing a team and conducting performance reviews.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
