📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding.,Support the HR team in managing employee records, benefits, and payroll.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the HR team in conducting performance appraisals and providing feedback.,Assist in the management of employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.,Support the HR team in managing employee training and development programs.,Assist in the management of employee health and safety programs.,Support the HR team in managing employee engagement surveys and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a HR role, preferably in a similar position.,Strong knowledge of HR policies, laws, and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian HR practices and procedures.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.
