🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in technology and operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Certifications in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, or data management are highly desirable.
• Proven track record of successfully leading digital transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of financial services and banking operations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience working in an international banking environment is a plus.
