• Manage and grow client relationships by providing tailored solutions and exceptional service.
• Collaborate with a global team to deliver high-quality risk, retirement, and health solutions.
• Utilize tools such as Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite, and Aon's proprietary software to streamline client interactions and data management.
• Conduct regular client meetings and reviews to ensure their needs are being met and to identify opportunities for growth.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to provide clients with cutting-edge solutions.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of new products and services.
• Provide training and support to internal teams to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality services.
• Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to drive business growth and innovation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, Insurance, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in client consulting, risk management, insurance, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of the APAC market and industry trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Certification in risk management, insurance, or a related field is a plus.
• Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite, or other relevant software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
