📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage the geospatial division, including a team of 10-15 professionals.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance the quality and efficiency of geospatial data collection, processing, and analysis.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of geospatial software and tools, such as QGIS, ArcGIS, and Google Earth Engine.
• Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate geospatial solutions into broader business objectives.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, and incorporate them into the company's geospatial practices.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences to build relationships and enhance the company's reputation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Geospatial Science, Geography, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in geospatial analysis, project management, and leadership roles.
• Proven expertise in using geospatial software and tools, including QGIS, ArcGIS, and Google Earth Engine.
• Certifications in geospatial technologies, such as Certified GIS Professional (GISP) or Certified Remote Sensing Scientist (CRSS), are a plus.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with a proven ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Experience in working in a multicultural and diverse environment.
