Apotek Citra Mart is seeking a dedicated HR Officer to join our team in Mempawah, Kalimantan Barat. As an HR Officer, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment and selection process, employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Facilitate employee onboarding and orientation to ensure a smooth transition into the company.,Handle employee grievances and conflicts, and work towards resolution and prevention.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the management team in employee performance management and development.,Conduct regular employee surveys and feedback sessions to improve workplace satisfaction.,Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with recruitment and selection processes.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
