📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent unauthorized access and potential security threats.
  • Conduct regular security checks and inspections to ensure compliance with security protocols.
  • Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies, and coordinate with relevant authorities as needed.
  • Manage and supervise a team of security guards, providing training and guidance.
  • Maintain accurate records of security activities and incidents.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of personnel and visitors on the premises.
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall security measures.
  • Enforce security policies and procedures to maintain a secure environment.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Security Guard or similar role.
  • Proven track record of maintaining a secure environment.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions.
  • Valid security guard certification or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with security equipment and technology.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks and work long hours, including nights and weekends.
