📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.,Manage and train a team of store managers and staff to achieve sales targets.,Implement and monitor store performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase store visibility and sales.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain high customer satisfaction.,Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure accuracy and prevent stockouts.,Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to promote products and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a leadership role.,Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving store performance.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems is a plus.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior is a plus.
