📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Design and develop learning programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with various departments to understand their training needs and develop tailored learning solutions.
• Manage the learning management system and ensure the delivery of high-quality training programs.
• Create and deliver training materials, including e-learning courses, instructor-led training, and on-the-job training.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and make data-driven decisions to improve them.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
• Provide mentorship and coaching to employees to support their professional growth.
• Measure and report on the impact of learning initiatives on employee performance and organizational goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, with a focus on employee training and development.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
• Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
