In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the accounting activities, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and supporting the finance team. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accuracy of financial records.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Monitor and reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and other financial transactions.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.,Train and mentor junior accountants and provide guidance on accounting procedures.,Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.,Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities to support the company's financial planning.,Maintain and update accounting systems and software to ensure efficient operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and Indonesia GAAP.,Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
