📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking food and beverages.,Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.,Ensure that all food and beverages are prepared and served in a timely manner.,Assist in the management of food and beverage inventory.,Participate in training and development programs for staff.,Assist in the preparation of special dietary requirements where necessary.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area.,Assist in the development and implementation of new recipes and menu items.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Assistant Chef or similar role.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian cuisine is a plus.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.
