📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the construction and event sectors.
• Negotiate and finalize rental agreements, ensuring client satisfaction and contract compliance.
• Provide technical support and equipment demonstrations to potential clients.
• Maintain and update the company's CRM system with client information and sales data.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Assist in the preparation of sales reports and performance metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, particularly in equipment rental or heavy machinery.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
