📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee day-to-day production operations to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.,Monitor production schedules and coordinate with production teams to meet production targets.,Conduct regular quality checks and inspections to maintain high-quality standards.,Identify and address production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.,Train and mentor junior staff to enhance their skills and performance.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards in the production area.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth production processes.,Maintain accurate records of production activities and generate reports as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent).,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a production supervision role.,Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control methods.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with relevant software and tools used in production management.,Understanding of safety regulations and standards.,Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
