As a Fleet Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing our fleet of vehicles, ensuring that they are in good condition and that our drivers are safe and efficient. You will also be responsible for scheduling deliveries, tracking vehicle maintenance, and ensuring that our vehicles are compliant with all relevant regulations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and maintain a fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good condition and compliant with all relevant regulations.
  • Schedule and coordinate deliveries, ensuring that they are completed on time and efficiently.
  • Track vehicle maintenance and repairs, ensuring that they are completed in a timely manner.
  • Monitor driver performance and safety, providing training and support as needed.
  • Ensure that all vehicles are properly documented and that all relevant paperwork is up to date.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure that deliveries are completed smoothly and efficiently.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices in fleet management.
  • Provide regular reports on fleet performance and maintenance to senior management.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
