Space Seed Berjaya is a rapidly growing company in the technology sector, and we are looking for a talented HR Generalist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and performance management. If you are passionate about people and have a strong understanding of HR best practices, we would love to hear from you.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, including job advertising, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.,Conduct employee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new and departing employees.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Develop and implement HR strategies and programs to improve employee engagement and retention.,Facilitate employee relations, including conflict resolution and grievance handling.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Stay up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices, and share this knowledge with the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong understanding of HR laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is required.
