📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Represent the brand and its values effectively in all customer interactions.
  • Develop and implement brand promotion strategies to increase customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute brand campaigns.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Provide regular reports on brand performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in trade shows, events, and other promotional activities to showcase the brand.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in brand management or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of successful brand promotion and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with the Indonesian market and consumer behavior is a plus.
