Pratama Banking is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Restaurant Manager to oversee the operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to ensure high standards of service and quality. This is a full-time position located in Denpasar, Bali, offering a competitive salary package of Rp 19.000.000 – Rp 27.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of service and quality.,Manage and mentor a team of restaurant staff, providing training and development opportunities.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.,Manage the restaurant's budget, including food costs, labor, and other expenses.,Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation and delivery.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, with a proven track record of success.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficient in using basic computer software and familiar with restaurant management software.
