📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Leading a team of structural engineers in the design and analysis of building structures.
  • Ensuring compliance with local and international building codes and standards.
  • Overseeing the structural aspects of projects from conception to completion.
  • Conducting structural feasibility studies and providing technical recommendations.
  • Mentoring and developing junior engineers within the team.
  • Collaborating with other engineering disciplines to ensure integrated project delivery.
  • Managing project timelines and budgets effectively.
  • Ensuring the safety and integrity of all structural components.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural engineering, with a lead role.
  • Professional engineering license (PE) or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of structural analysis software (e.g., ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro).
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with building codes and standards in Indonesia.
