In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are maintained, operated, and utilized efficiently. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition and ready for use.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to schedule vehicle usage and ensure timely delivery of services.,Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure timely repairs and servicing are carried out.,Track and manage fuel consumption and vehicle expenses, ensuring cost efficiency and compliance with company policies.,Conduct regular vehicle inspections and audits to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.,Provide support and guidance to drivers, addressing any issues or concerns they may have.,Generate and maintain accurate records and reports on vehicle usage, maintenance, and expenses.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Proficient in using fleet management software and other relevant tools.,Strong organizational and multitasking skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
