📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food cost control.,Ensure high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and develop restaurant staff to ensure excellent customer service.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors.,Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the restaurant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Proven track record of managing restaurant operations and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using POS systems and other restaurant management software.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations is a plus.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
