📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Identify and prospect potential customers and clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Promote and sell products and services to meet sales targets.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support.
  • Conduct market research and analyze sales data to improve sales strategies.
  • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the company.
  • Provide regular sales reports to the management.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
