📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide comprehensive care to patients undergoing hemodialysis, including pre- and post-dialysis assessments, monitoring vital signs, and managing complications.,Administer dialysis treatments, including setting up dialysis machines, monitoring fluid and electrolyte balance, and adjusting treatment parameters as needed.,Educate patients and their families about hemodialysis treatments, dietary restrictions, and self-care measures.,Collaborate with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and patient education materials.,Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of care provided to patients.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff to ensure the highest standards of patient care are maintained.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing (S1 Keperawatan) or equivalent.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in hemodialysis nursing.,Certification in hemodialysis nursing (e.g., CCHP, CIC) is preferred.,Strong clinical skills and knowledge of dialysis treatments and equipment.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages is required.
