Space City Mandiri is looking for a Senior Receptionist to join our team in Cilegon. As a Senior Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and visitors, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience. This role offers a competitive salary and a dynamic work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests and visitors upon arrival and departure, ensuring a warm and professional welcome.,Manage the reception area, including answering phones, directing calls, and handling inquiries.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of guest arrivals and departures.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely responses to guest requests.,Handle front desk transactions, including check-in and check-out procedures.,Monitor and enforce security protocols, including visitor sign-in and access control.,Provide excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.,Assist in organizing and managing office events, meetings, and other activities as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a receptionist or front desk role in a corporate or hospitality setting.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.,Proficiency in using office software and tools, including Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with security protocols and procedures.,Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well under pressure.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluent in both English and Indonesian languages.
