📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide legal advice and support to the company's maritime operations,Ensure compliance with Indonesian maritime laws and international conventions,Assist in the preparation and negotiation of contracts related to maritime activities,Handle legal matters related to shipping, cargo, and maritime insurance,Monitor and report on legal developments in the maritime industry,Assist in the resolution of disputes and litigation related to maritime activities,Conduct legal research and analysis on maritime law issues,Maintain and update the company's legal documentation and records

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Law or related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in maritime law,Strong knowledge of Indonesian maritime laws and international maritime conventions,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia,Familiarity with maritime industry practices and procedures,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
