📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for software and hardware products,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure accuracy,Write user manuals, API documentation, and other technical guides,Review and edit technical content to ensure clarity, consistency, and accuracy,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Provide technical writing support to marketing and sales teams,Assist in the creation of training materials and other educational content,Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing,Strong understanding of technical concepts and ability to explain complex ideas clearly,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken,Experience with technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Strong organizational and project management skills
