📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the implementation of Lean Six Sigma methodologies to streamline operations and drive efficiency gains.
• Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in our processes and develop and implement solutions to address them.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that process improvements are effectively communicated and adopted.
• Monitor the progress of process improvement initiatives and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in process optimization.
• Provide training and support to employees on process improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with external consultants and vendors to ensure that we are leveraging the latest tools and technologies to drive process improvement.
• Develop and implement a continuous improvement culture within the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable results in process improvement projects.
• Strong understanding of Lean Six Sigma methodologies and a professional certification (e.g., Lean Six Sigma Black Belt) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex business challenges.
• Proficiency in using process improvement tools and software, such as Minitab, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
