📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage end-to-end finance, accounting, and tax operations.
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks, Xero, and SAP.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian financial regulations and tax laws.
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure timely payments.
- Manage vendor invoices and ensure timely payments.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement financial strategies.
- Provide financial guidance and support to other departments.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance and accounting roles.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations and tax laws.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, and SAP.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification preferred.
