📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and coordinate communication strategies between technology and operations teams.
Develop and implement IT infrastructure and cybersecurity policies.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Manage and optimize data management systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive digital transformation initiatives.
Monitor and report on system performance and security metrics.
Provide strategic guidance on emerging technologies and trends.
Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in technology and operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Certifications in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, or data management are highly desirable.
Proven track record of successfully leading digital transformation projects.
Strong understanding of financial services and banking operations.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Experience working in an international banking environment is a plus.
