📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the daily operations of the hotel, including front desk services, guest check-ins and check-outs, and room allocations
• Support housekeeping and maintenance teams by ensuring guest rooms and public areas are clean and well-maintained
• Coordinate with event planning teams to assist in the organization and execution of special events and conferences
• Learn and utilize hotel management software such as PMS (Property Management System) and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools
• Assist in inventory management and procurement activities to ensure smooth operations
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your skills and knowledge in luxury hospitality
• Contribute to the development of marketing materials and promotional campaigns for the hotel
• Assist in the preparation and serving of meals in the hotel’s restaurant and bar, adhering to high standards of quality and service

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently enrolled in a hospitality, hotel management, or related degree program
• Proven interest and enthusiasm for the hospitality industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges and responsibilities
