🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in engineering management, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams.
• Strong knowledge of software development tools and technologies, including but not limited to, Git, Jira, and Confluence.
• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
