📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Perform night audits to ensure financial accuracy and security
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and courteously
- Resolve guest issues and inquiries promptly and professionally
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Record and update guest information in the hotel's property management system (PMS)
- Monitor and manage the hotel's cash flow during the night shift
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in front desk or hotel operations
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial records
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Familiarity with hotel property management systems (PMS) such as Opera or Guestline
- Valid ID and work permit for Indonesia
- Willingness to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays
