📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and supervise the Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) process for electrical systems in electric vehicles (EVs).
• Conduct comprehensive inspections using specialized tools such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and data acquisition systems.
• Coordinate with engineering, production, and quality teams to ensure seamless inspection processes.
• Develop and implement standardized inspection procedures and quality control measures.
• Document inspection findings and generate detailed reports for management review.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Train and mentor junior staff on inspection techniques and quality assurance best practices.
• Continuously monitor and improve inspection processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance or a similar role in the automotive industry.
• Certification in electrical system testing and quality assurance (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100, or equivalent).
• Proficient in using specialized tools and software for electrical system inspections (e.g., oscilloscopes, multimeters, data acquisition systems).
• Strong understanding of industry standards and regulations relevant to electric vehicles.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage and mentor a team.
