📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide exceptional customer service by offering personalized eyewear recommendations and expert advice.
• Assist customers in choosing the right frames and lenses, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in eyewear design and technology.
• Collaborate with the optician team to ensure accurate eyewear prescriptions and fittings.
• Promote our brand and products through engaging and informative interactions with customers.
• Manage inventory and restocking to maintain optimal product availability.
• Contribute to the team’s daily operations, including opening and closing the store.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail, optometry, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
• Knowledge of eyewear products, trends, and technologies.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily targets.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Willingness to travel and work in multiple locations across Bali.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
