📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of multiple retail stores in Bali.
• Manage and mentor store managers to ensure high levels of performance.
• Implement and monitor sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Conduct regular store audits to maintain quality standards.
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure excellent customer service.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure timely restocking.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to maintain product availability.
• Participate in training sessions to develop the skills of store staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management.
• Proven track record of success in driving operational excellence.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with retail management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Certification in retail management or a similar field is a plus.
